Made a move to Virginia in July, 2021 and needed help securing a total insurance package. I worked with both Tony and Susan and they were exceptionally helpful in obtaining all the insurance I needed at a very reasonable price. Tony also obtained some information needed on the home purchase by reaching out to his contacts in the area. Their efforts were very much appreciated and I would recommend using them.

We live in Charlotte and building our retirement home in Hillsville Virginia and needed a builders risk policy. We reached out to Farm Bureau in VA, never heard back from them. Called them back to determine they wouldn’t cover a log cabin under construction. Thankfully we found Tony with McCraw. What a relief!!!! Within one phone call we had a policy within 48 hours! He even drove out to our building site to meet with my husband - who does that these days? I’ve not seen the likes of this kind of extraordinary service in a very long time! Tony listened to what we needed and set out to find an underwriter. He was so nice, genuinely cared about our needs, was professional and quick! Everything was handled over 1 phone call and an email! Tony will treat you like family and get the job done! Thank you Tony for turning our initial bad experience completely around, valuing us like we were family and getting us into the perfect policy!

Thought I would check on insurance to see if it would be worth it. Saved me about 300.00 dollars over my old insurance. So if want to save some money see these people.
